- Conference Rooms: include ground floor locations, natural daylight and seating for up to 200 delegates with flexible seating options.- Unique catering and exhibition space: The 42 metre Rocket Tower which is instantly recognisable as the symbol of the National Space Centre is a perfect backdrop for dinner receptions, meetings and for an area to hold your lunch in. - Space themed dining room: located at the heart of the National Space Centre, on the ground floor, and offers a unique area for evening dining. - Christmas parties or wedding receptions with seating for up to 280 people. - Exclusive Hire of the centre is also available and we can create a bespoke package dependent on your event needs. - The Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium is the UKs largest planetarium with a 360 degree full dome and is equipped with a voting system that can seat up to 192. - Team building missions available with your meeting from 10 to 150 people.

-We are commited to providing a variety of sustainable menus for all dietary requirements whilst ensuring locally produced food.We obtain the demographics of delegates in advance to minimize food waste by accurately estimating quantities.Tap water can be provided instead of bottles.
-We promote sustainable transportation by encouraging the use of public transport/car sharing. We promote our hybrid facilities to reduce travel for international guests and make use of internal systems for digital agendas & signage to reduce the need for printed materials.
-We can support with measuring your sustainability achievements after your event by assessing metrics like waste diversion rates, energy savings, or carbon emissions
reduced.
-We are currently working closely with our waste contractors regarding how we can recycle more efficiently throughout the Centre. We have also recently taken on a new environmental policy officer to continue with developing on this area.
