Nestled in beautiful rural Bedfordshire, Woburn Forest is a truly unique setting for corporate events, just an hour from London and near to Flitwick Station. You’ll find everything you need, all in one place - a variety of versatile meeting and event spaces at The Venue, a wide range of team building activities, shops and restaurants, Aqua Sana Spa and luxury onsite accommodation - all in 300 acres of stunning woodland where you can spot wildlife including deer, hedgehogs and lizards. Following a recent £2.5m transformation, The Venue’s new design concept brings the outdoors in, with décor and furnishings inspired by the natural world. Our conference centre in the forest can accommodate up to 600 people, and features eight suites with removable walls, an outdoor terrace, reception area, bar & cloakroom, free super-fast WiFi and state-of-the-art AV. You’ll also find dedicated events car parking as well as EV charging points.

Corporate Responsibility

CSR is a key element of our environmental strategy. At local level Center Parcs works with schools to provide work experience for students studying for an NVQ in Business Management. Center Parcs also work with Business in the Community and other charities so that lost property goes to people who really need it both locally and wider afield. When villas are refurbished, the old furniture goes to furniture projects, which help homeless people in the towns and villages around our villages.

All Center Parcs bikes are replaced every 3 years and for the last five years, these have been donated to the Inside Out Trust, a charity that works with prisons to create value-added work opportunities for inmates. The project involves sending bikes to local prisons where they are refurbished and then sent to overseas charities, in Eastern Europe and Africa with an average of 1000 bikes being sent out each year.
