Snacks individually wrapped, (bought in snacks such as Tunnocks caramel wafers)
All tables, chairs and surfaces cleaned and sanitised after every use and periodically through out the service
Use of coffee machine station where possible and coffee machine station includes signage for sanitiser
wipes to press the screen buttons. Also a pedestal bin for the used wipes. When it is not possible, the
coffee station should be set up to encourage social distancing with directional signage and space laid out
on the station
Meeting lunch spec based on individual plated service for each attendee, delivered to a collection point
and eaten either in the meeting room or an appropriate area, maintaining social distancing
