Most of our meeting rooms are located on our dedicated events floor with great city views, large breakout areas, a dedicated conference café and private bars. You can also take advantage of our internal courtyard garden, perfect for hosting BBQs and al fresco drinks receptions for up to 100 guests. Through the hotel’s Meet with Mercure offer, all delegate packages include free Wi-Fi, LCD projector, 6ft Screen, Flipchart, plus inclusive refreshments from mid-morning breaks with snacks to afternoon tea served with cake, seasonal, healthy and freshly prepared three course hot and cold restaurant lunch, mineral water, cordials and sweets.
